At Amolivia, we make our booklets with great love and care. We want you to be as happy with them as we are. If, unexpectedly, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can use our money-back guarantee within 30 days of receipt.

When does the guarantee apply?

The guarantee applies if you are not satisfied with your booklet, for example, because it does not meet your expectations. If your product arrives damaged or with a defect, we will, of course, resolve that for you. Register your order with us within 30 days of receipt, and we will work together to find a suitable solution.

How to use the guarantee

Contact us at info@amolivia.nl and state your order number. Briefly tell us what you are dissatisfied with or what is wrong. We will process your request and let you know as soon as possible how we will resolve it. Depending on the situation, you will receive a replacement product or a refund of the purchase price.

What to keep in mind

To ensure your request runs smoothly, we ask you to keep the product in its original condition where possible. In case of damage or a defect, a photo helps us to assist you quickly. The guarantee applies to the purchase itself and not to damage caused by, for example, intensive use or improper storage.
