Shipping Costs

Within the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping is free for orders over €35. If your order is below this amount, we charge a fixed contribution to the shipping costs, which you will see at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Time

Netherlands & Belgium
Ordered before 9 PM on a weekday? Your order will be delivered the next day. If you order during the weekend or on a public holiday, we will ship your package on the next business day.

Other Countries
We also ship with love. Expect a delivery time of 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.

Track & Trace

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. This allows you to follow your package closely until it arrives at your doorstep.

Delivery

Our packages are delivered by our regular delivery partner. Not home? Your order will then be offered to a neighbor or taken to a pick-up point nearby. The delivery person will always leave a message so you know where your package is.
